Excellent attention! We had a medical situation with the altitude and the hotel stuff immediately called an ambulance that helped us a lot as part of their included services. Food, cleanliness, and friendliness was top and we will definitely be coming back if we have the chance.

Set in a country-style house with elegant Colonial décor, Abraspungo has rooms with free Wi-Fi in Riobamba. Hotel Hacienda Abraspungo has Spanish galleries that open to the garden. It was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The overall place was really good, the breakfast was nice, they even started a bonfire for us with marshmallows.

The first room we were shown had a very dirty floor and the toilet leaked. The doorman did not offer to carry any of our suitcases even though we arrived at night in the rain with 2 small children and he could see we were struggling. He was the only staff member in the whole hotel. He wasn’t happy about having to look for another room For us. The other staff the next day were equally indifferent to us.
