Friends and Rooftop Hotel is such a fitting name! I was greeted by the friendliest staff who made me feel home immediately. My room was lovely and clean, my bed extremely comfortable with the most luxurious linens and enough pillows to allow even the most picky sleeper to find one to suit. The shower was excellent with a strong showerhead and plenty of hot water. The location was in walking distance of all the historical sights and the staff could arrange specialty tours and call for taxis at a moment's notice. I cannot stress enough how friendly the staff, making me feel like a friend the moment I arrived.

The staff were fantastic and helpful, the breakfast was superb and the view brilliant. Walking distance to the old city and basilica but catch an uber back as it is on a steep hill!

Excellent attention! We had a medical situation with the altitude and the hotel stuff immediately called an ambulance that helped us a lot as part of their included services. Food, cleanliness, and friendliness was top and we will definitely be coming back if we have the chance.

Everything, the atmosphere provided by Rafa the manager and all the team including Miguel that took us safely with hourses to the amazing trip and view of Cotopaxi. The rooms, the little details, the special SPA and overall the opportunity to get to know the area and it's amazing people. We participated in a cooking class that we will do at home, we went to the SPA and also had a very good massage.
