I would like to highlight that staff working at the hotel is very professional, polite and friendly - we stayed 3 days and everywhere at the reception, in the restaurant, at the pub and in the spa - very good service!

Breakfast and all meals in the restaurant were exceptional. The SPA is quite comfy and has everything for relaxation though we haven't been to procedures.

Old-timer, high quality timber furniture, lot of space in room, high quality food at restaurant. Quiet, good bed, linen, pillows. We slept as well as at home.No green thinking craziness. This modern hotel is located in the centre of Narva, in the immediate vicinity of the train and bus station on one side and Narva Castle and the river on the other side. I'm often in the city for work, and I can definitely say that this is the best hotel in the city! The staff is very polite, and the spa is also excellent! I'll be back often.
