Castle Spa Wagenküll offers luxurious and romantic accommodations in a total of 75 rooms and suites located in two different historic buildings (Castle, Parkhouse), each of which is made unique through its incomparable history and eye-catching architecture. We had a very pleasant stay. The receptionist was incredibly polite and spoke excellent English, which made the check in process seamless. The rooms were nice and the spa area was exceptional, offering a range of facilities such as a steam room, a salt sauna, saunas set at 95 and 70 degrees, a jacuzzi and an outdoor swimming pool - which is amazing in winter! A thoughtful bonus was the availability of drinking water in the spa area. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of choices served in a beautifully decorated space featuring a perfect Christmas tree. Outside, the park area was magical, adorned with festive Christmas light decorations, including a Christmas carriage, planets, bunnies and more. Overall a fantastic experience - highly recommend!

The spa area features a big pool, a gym, and a wide range of massages and beauty treatments. A bowling alley with 4 lanes is available. We liiked everything. Great suroundings. Lake, wood and hiking traiks are amazing. Great location for a peaceful break. Nice breakfast. A lot of options. Tasty coffee. Spa area is separated for men and women, but that was not a problem for us.
