The restaurant offers a variety of local and international dishes for a satisfying dining experience. The staff were so accommodating and friendly- Maviey and Christine especially. We were given an upgrade and allowed to check out late as we were getting the sleeper train that evening. The room was fabulous, as was the pool. We slept very well. I will definitely recommend it to all of my friends, and am intending to stay again when I return to Luxor!

We received a free update to a Nile View room, which was had indeed a very beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean. As I was not feeling well on our departure day I was able to book the medical service the hotel provides (a doctor comes directly to your room), which was very helpful. Also the hotel was so kind to leave us stay in the room longer than the usual check-out time for free, so that I was able to rest until our flight. Due to my condition we also used the room service, that provides different dishes for decent prices. We also tried the Libanese restaurant on site, which had very nice food! We can highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely come back!

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, full-day security and currency exchange for guests. We love how comfortable the bed, how spacious the apartment was and the amazing view. The host was also very responsive to whatsapp and even allowed us to leave our bags. The staff Ahmed was also very helpful. House is also fully equipped. We managed to wash our clothes. Just bring your own detergent.
