The Hotel was well located 2 steps from the beach , room was comfortable and clean, the view from the terrace was pleasant, good quality and variety at the breakfast buffet , front desk and restaurant’s team were very helpful and always willing to help. Faustino Gran Relais & Chateaux is located opposite the port of Ciutadella in Menorca. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. Classy, elegant, stylish, every corner is a picture for the magazine. Concierge Ignacio helped me every day with the activities which met exactly my needs, therefore every day was a pure joy! I also really appreciate Luca with the attention and my best time in the country club, which is also a gem for those who want to get away from from the town (I tried kayaking and that was superb). And I liked a lot that Maite the GM approached all guests every morning during the breakfast to ask for their feedback. I have never seen this before and I wish all GMs did that, as this is the only way to really know your guest and learn how to improve.
