Our stay at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The property is ideally located right in the heart of the city, making it very convenient for sightseeing on foot or using public transportation. A major advantage is the secure private parking — a rare find in such a central location. The hotel staff were consistently attentive and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed — whether it was adjusting the room for extra comfort or helping resolve a temporary issue with the Wi-Fi. The rooms are equipped with efficient and easy-to-use climate control, which made a real difference during the hot season. We stayed as a family with a child, and everything was well-suited for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. We would happily return and recommend this hotel to others.

Tento 5-hviezdičkový rezort má vynikajúcu polohu pri mori s priamym prístupom na pláž Las Arenas Valencie. All I can say is that from the minute we arrived (before even entering the hotel) we were greeted with enthusiasm and positivity. This did not change throughout our stay. From the concierge, front desk staff, hotel porter, every single person made it a very comfortable experience. I locked my key in the room - Not an issue, the concierge made a new one within minutes so I wouldn't have to wait. I needed some documents printed out - No issue, front desk staff had it done in seconds. All this was done with a smile on their faces, and not a fake one either. Everyone seemed genuinely pleased to see us every time we walked passed them in the foyer or even the cleaning staff in the hallway.

Sitting at the window, with the bare beams above us, reading our books and enjoying the amazing view is something that I will never forget. For a moment we felt like we were in Tuscany, which is maybe why we absolutely loved the place, surroundings, and the room itself. Stop thinking about booking - just do it! You won't regret it.

Ubytovanie Precioso Apartamento Cerca de Plaza España sa nachádza približne 1,7 km od miesta Church of Saint Nicolás, má terasu a ponúka výhľad na mesto. The host, Aura, had excellent communication and was able to accommodate an earlier check-in. She wanted to make sure that our stay was enjoyable and made excellent recommendations for restaurants. The apartment is located on the second floor, and there is an elevator to get there. There was cold water in the fridge and a few espresso pods for the Nespresso machine. There were also a few laundry detergent pods for doing laundry. The apartment was clean. There were extra blankets, towels, and toilet paper. Water pressure in the shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. There were basic plates, glasses and cooking pots/pans. Internet was fast. For sensitive ears, there was a little bit of traffic noise, but I rarely noticed it, and it did not affect my sleep. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Even the couch in the living room was comfortable. It was easy to take the bus to the city center and to various sites. I personally prefer staying in neighborhoods away from tourist sites. You can buy a SUMA 10 card at the Metro station which can be used on metro and buses, and offers a big discount on fares compared to paying for single fares. Or if you like to walk, you can get to Old Town sites within 30 minutes. We loved our stay and would stay again!
