Spahotel Casino is located on a private island on Lake Saimaa, 500 m from city center of Savonlinna and the 15th-century Olavinlinna Castle is 1.5 km away. The room we were given in was outstanding with an exquisite view over Lake Saimaa. This was the best view we had from a hotel in our trip through Scandinavia. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast had a large variety! The location of the hotel was perfect.

Excellent location, easy access and parking, vey good breakdast, nice staff, good and easy to use services

Set in Lappeenranta, 400 metres from Lappeenranta Harbour, Boutique Hotel Lähde offers accommodation with a garden, private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. We had a beautiful and comfortable room in the old building. The breakfast was served in the newer building and it was varied and nice. The location was practical, near just next to the city centre and the fortress, and beautiful by the Saimaa lake. We went to the spa in the morning and had it all to ourselves. The spa was small, but had what we wanted.

Set in Savonlinna, 15 km from Savonlinna Train Station, Tanhuvaara Sport Resort offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Ok, air-condition could be more effective.

This hotel is right by the River Pielisjoki and 200 metres from Joensuu Station. It has a restaurant, pub and a nightclub. Free Wi-Fi is included in all rooms at Original Sokos Hotel Kimmel Joensuu. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great breakfast.

Scandic Patria is 400 metres from the 17th-century Lappeenranta Fortress and 2 km from Lappeenranta Train Station. The rooms have a 32-inch TV. Gym and sauna access is free. Breakfast was excelent and had a wide selection. Hotel also had a gym and sauna, which was very nice.

Located in Punkaharju, 33 km from Savonlinna Train Station, Mannimaatila Tera Lux features accommodation with a sauna and an open-air bath. Very nice property for families, clean and tidy. Owner of property was very nice to help and provided all info and support needed. I strongly recommend 👌 to family and friends. Even thinking of my next trip back there again.

This hotel and rehabilitation centre is housed in an early 20th-century Art Nouveau building, 30 km from central Savonlinna. It offers a range of relaxation facilities and rooms with flat-screen TVs. Jugend architecture and interiör was beautiful, as well as surrounding nature.

Situated on the picturesque Kasinosaari Island, this hotel is within 5 minutes’ walk of Savonlinna-Kauppatori Station and the main street, Olavinkatu. L'habiació es neta i esta molt be. Potser un pel reduida però suficient. Està molt aprop del centre i es va caminant des de un pont situat just a l'entrada de l'hotel. Aparcament disponible i fàcil. El spa està força bé tot i que la sauna no estava operativa. L'esmorsar és molt complet o bo.
