The hosts Lilly and Simon are the most wonderful people ever. Kind souls that can make your stay here in Fiji a truly one of a kind experience. Staying at the salt lake lodge didn't feel like a hotel or resort, but instead felt like you got to experience how it would feel to live in a Fijian family. Not only were the people great but the food was extraordinary. They both could be in a Michelin star restaurant with the food they provided. We would also recommend doin LOVO with them, which is a traditional grill on an campfire of which I shared photos of. The location itself for us was also a 10/10 because we love being surrounded in nature, and what ever window you looked out from was the beautiful environment, even from the shower you could see the river. We could not recommend this place more if we wanted to. I hope your experience will be as beautiful as ours

Het boetiekresort Savasi Island ligt op slechts 10 minuten van de luchthaven Savusavu op Vanua Levu. We received a very warm welcome from Ma and her team ! Breakfast was delicious and staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home all the time. Staff went out of their way to assist us with any request and the driver Eddy was always available for us at any time of the day - excellent service ! The massage was not just a back rub but a genuine deep massage - the team were fantastic !

The staff were all great but Vilisi was especially wonderful. The location was perfect. Really good snorkeling. The house reef is good but the boat excursions were amazing. We realized a bit late in the week that we could request special meals from the kitchen team. - kokondo every day !!
