With a privileged location in the heart of Dijon, near the historic centre, museums and shopping streets, this former characterful private house offers modern comforts. What did we like? Everything! We arrived late after a long drive from the South of France and the welcome was exactly how one would want it after a long drive: The concierge rushed out to our car, bags taken out swiftly and brought to the room, car keys handed over and car parked. Checking was a matter of a minute or so. Rooms very comfortable. Unfortunately no tables available in the restaurant but recommendations for nearby places were given. Breakfast with delicious cheeses, meats and omelette freshly prepared for you. Staff impeccable and attentive. What's not to like!

The breakfasts were delicious and I liked that you could order what you wanted so that food wasn't wasted. Marie went above and beyond in helping us out with some things since we were traveling several weeks. I also found this place to be of good value.

This is an outstanding property with all the bells and whistles. The owners are as friendly and helpful as can be, the rooms are fabulous and the property has a pool and outstanding views of the wonderful Burgundian countryside. Whilst other facilities can provide similar de-luxe facilities, this property also provides absolutely fabulous meals at their 'table d'hote' for both breakfast and dinner at a great price. All guests (10 and more) meet at the large table on the terrace - if the weather permits - and try to converse as well as they can in a multitude of languages. It's great fun, and the generous provision of wines helps getting things going splendidly. The rural property is peaceful and quiet and has plenty of parking spaces.

Our accommodation here was like a fairy tale and I must admit that it was the most beautiful thing I experienced in France this stay. We arrived at a beautiful place, a farm, with animals, cows and dogs all around. We were greeted by a young and very nice owner who runs the farm with her mother and brother. She immediately offered us a three course dinner for a small extra charge, an aperitif and wine of our choice, all prepared by her, she cooked it was a lovely home made treat. We chatted into the night, I felt like I was in a loving family in a fairy tale. The room was like a castle, clean, everything we needed was there, the bathroom was also great, there were even some toiletries, a clean and ironed towel, plenty of warm water to shower and relax. The bed was nice and I had the best sleep I've had in a long time. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with local food - cheese, marmalade, fresh croissants, coffee, homemade dessert... If I could, I would spend another night or maybe a week or a year in that place. I didn't even want to leave. So I highly recommend it.
