My sons especially enjoyed the experience. Swimming pool and barbecue were great extra features. Best of all, the location was within walking distance of the Gouffre de Padirac. I should also note that the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful.

This 14th-century coaching inn is now a 3-star hotel in the heart of the Causse de Quercy Regional Park. Exceptional dining in charming surroundings. Several generations of the same family have run this well established hotel. Such a good location : within easy reach of nearby Cahors ( wine, shops, historic buildings) and interesting trips both East or West along the river valleys. The scenery is stunning! The pretty village of Vers is itself worth exploration. The entire staff team are friendly and welcoming. There is an outdoor pool and a lovely terrace - so a summer visit here would be fun. Also a spa - all these facilities are available for guests - we have yet to enjoy them!

The little converted studio was a delightful surprise. Very comfy bed. Unfortunately we were unable to use the jacuzzi due to mobility issues, but it was a great amenity.
