They clearly explained everything, from spa hours, to breakfast options, and reception hours. It was very nice to have the option to get coffee all day on the balcony! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The breakfast buffet was a deal, with many options and delicious coffee! The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed! We could even cast our phone apps to watch english tv! Wifi worked very well. And finally, the location was close to everything! The harbour, the beach, shopping, grocery, and historical buildings. We will be back, and The Madison is where we will stay.

The rooms have free Internet access and some have a spa tub. Superb stay. Exceptional value. Good size, comfortable rooms. Didn’t take advantage of breakfast, but dinner was of course sublime as expected. Great location too if you are here to explore Pays Basque including inland villages.
