Set on the edge of a steep hillside overlooking the Golden Valley, Burleigh Court Hotel is a 18th-century Cotswold-stone manor house located in the heart of Royal Gloucestershire. We had a wonderful stay at Burleigh Court, from the moment of arrival, with a lovely welcome, to the relaxed checkout when we alas had to leave! After arrival, we really enjoyed relaxing in the lovely atmosphere in the lounge, with a wide range of options in the well-stocked bar - including, hurrah!, a selection of Stroud Brewery beers! Then a delicious dinner in the 2-rosette restaurant, which exceeded our expectations - every single element was delicious and generous. With a wonderful wine selection, it felt very special. It is no wonder that the Burleigh Court restaurant has such a fabulous reputation in this part of Gloucestershire. And then a very restful night's sleep in our courtyard room. If it was slightly less damp weather we would have taken advantage of the sauna and plunge pool next to the room. And then up for a wonderful breakfast - beautiful locally-sourced products - fabulous sausage and bacon in particular - and a lovely selection of cereals, yoghurts and fruits - all served in the lovely dining room. And, most of all, the wonderful team. Everyone working at Burleigh Court has a wonderful manner - attentive but not OTT, and all committed to creating a lovely experience. We think that Burleigh Court is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy!

Nestled within 12 acres of picturesque Wiltshire countryside, this hotel is a stylish venue where you can relax and revive. Our 5-day stay at Whatley Manor was beyond exceptional. I am hard put to find words to convey how blissful we felt. The enchanting grounds/park/gardens, the hard-to-believe set of buildings that constitute the hotel, the amazingly comfy lounges, bars, restaurants, rooms, not to mention the spa and swimming-pool, and - cherry on a gorgeous pie - the staff. In such a top-notch hotel environment, they all accomplish the amazing feat of being perfect, without… doing too much, if I can put it that way. And the smiles! They put one on your face, too, all day long. Shall I mention the stunning Cotswolds region? The jaw-dropping honey-coloured 17th-century villages. Well, if heaven had a specific address, that could be it.

Featuring garden views, Muntjac Lodge provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a patio, around 7.6 km from Cotswold Water Park. Amazing lodge on a nice lakeside park with good facilities. Everything was perfect at the lodge - well equipped and tastefully furnished, plenty of space, comfy beds, very clean and in good condition. It was perfect for our stay with a couple of other families over New Year. One of the best lodges we’ve ever stayed at. Good facilities on site including swimming pool, spa and nice restaurant. Walking distance to a couple of nice country pubs. Would definitely stay again.

Situated in Cirencester, 6.8 km from Cotswold Water Park and 25 km from Lydiard Park, Eider Cottage Lower Mill Estate Lakeside Escape with Spa Access offers water sports facilities and air... We are a family of 8 (6 adults and 2 teenagers). It is our first time in the area and didn’t know what to expect. The owners and property management were very organized & provided us with pdf files of the Estate with map, ground rules, amenities, etc. This place was the best fit for us and reasonably price for 3 nights. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms & spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, and there was champagne in our fridge when we arrived. This place was 3 story and provided privacy for our family. It had 2 balconies and the view was amazing. It also had kayaks which our kids used. It had a bbq cake with a bag of charcoal. The Spa, gym, and swimming pool were great for everyone in our family. Our only complaint was the facility closed at 5 pm. The Estate was spacious and great retreat. We enjoyed our stay.

Cosy Cotswold Lodge by Your Home Here - ideal for families, log-burner, spa, private parking, EV Hookup included and heated swimming pools is a recently renovated holiday home in Ashton Keynes, where... The house is modern and beautiful with every amenity, and in top condition. Everything was thought of and included, with parking right outside. The beds were super-comfy. The owners are very responsive and helpful. The spa/ pool and kayaks were good fun. We liked the duck visits and gorgeous views and nature hikes. We had a great time and were sad to leave.

Set just 14 km from Cotswold Water Park, The Cottage Hankerton Priory offers accommodation in Hankerton with access to a spa and wellness centre, barbecue facilities, as well as free shuttle service. A really lovely place to stay with a very welcoming host. We were in the area for a wedding so unfortunately didn't have time to explore much. We did, however, have a wonderful meal in the nearby Wheatsheaf Inn in Crudwell which we highly recommend.
