Maddie on Front Desk is outstanding, effortlessly thinking of every detail to assist. Brilliant service! The deluxe bed was incredibly comfortable and the room felt opulent and cosy. I bought a 2 hour pass for the spa, which was a rare find and a great hydrotherapy experience.

All staff in hotel were incredible but especially staff at breakfast. It has been a long time since I have found such fab service. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Staff are complete asset and would not stay anywhere else if I was in area again
