Overlooking the Malvern Hills, The Bank House Hotel & Golf Club is 3 miles from Worcester and the spa town of Malvern. Junction 7 of the M5 motorway can be reached in 15 minutes’ drive. Property was exceptional, staff were all extremely polite from the get go and were willing to help with any problem, from finding buttons on the Hot Tub to cutting a pesky tag from my suit when no scissors could be found. I was extremely impressed throughout. Room was lovely and spacious with an exceptional range of complimentary beverages and snacks available. Spa facilities were luxurious as well with the most amazing view and breakfast was also a delight!

Located in the quintessentially English village that is Broadway in the heart of The Cotswolds, The Lygon Arms is the perfect spot to switch off and relax (with or without your pampered pooch!)... I loved the many quaint secluded seating areas, being able to have a drink al fresco and walk barefoot in the beautifully manicured gardens. Dinner at the Grill by James, Martin was also a highlight, the food was amazing, every single dish blew me away. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming, especially Marzena at reception who took the time to show me around, explain some of the features and inclusions as well as help me find my room. Marzena also checked in with me after I settled in, she showed a genuine level of care towards me which is so comforting as I was travelling solo.

This luxury hotel is an excellent countryside retreat featuring a state-of-the-art spa, fantastic gardens and award-winning cuisine. We spent a couple of days there for a birthday celebration and It has been such a lovely experience. Staff has been so welcoming and everything has been superb. In our room we found fresh apples and some coffee and biscuits and we loved it. The spa is so beautiful, the pool is a dream and the restaurant bar warm and cosy. We took a couple of cocktails after dinner and we enjoyed the outside area. We couldn't ask more. All the staff members made the whole experience even better with their genuine and passionate way. We cannot wait to come back

Excellent stay, staff were very attentive especially Sarah who looked after us in the pod. This was our sixth stay and I would say it was our best as all the staff were great

Set in Evesham, in a historic building, 21 km from Coughton Court, Baker's Cottage, Urban Spa and Garden Bar is a holiday home with a garden and bar. it was adorable, clean and the hot tub was the added bonus!
