The staff are incredibly warm and helpful, and the buggy service makes moving around the hilly property effortless. Since it is located in the hilly area of Tbilisi we were lucky to see the snow even though it wasn’t snowing in the main city centre. Everything is as picturesque as the photos — a peaceful, stunning escape.
