Excellent lunch, wonderful service both at the restaurant, with the courteous assistants, and top compliments and grades to our concierge who kindly always went the extra mile to help in organizing our time in Tbilisi--including getting hard to find, last minute tickets to a memorable and famous puppet show and constantly making sure the venues we booked were actually open, and warning us promptly in case they weren't. So: noticeable extra care towards the patrons and guests on the hotel. Impressive. The location was marvellous, we loved the neighborhood, the little cafès like Entree, and the view from the top suite was idyllic. The atmosphere of the hotels was elegant and well curated, in its vintage allure, with touches of great taste in the decor and furniture.

Vey clean in room and hallways, We tried all restaurants with a great surprise on food quality and experience. It is near the Freedom Square and Gallaria and outlets... Underground free parking make our experience so easy as well. Well designed and well maintained hotel... C'est TOP :)

Kudos to hotel management!!! You have managed to reach a nearly impossible situation where every staff member is 100% effective and courteous. A perfect service experience, especially from Mariam at reception, Roin at breakfast, Lika in the spa (but literally every staff member we encountered was excellent). We had an issue with our room and were offered another one on the spot, no questions asked. It also feels like every angle and aspect of your stay was carefully considered. Rooms and common areas are well planned. Breakfast is amazing and the views from the restaurant and the bar are stunning. Lots of fantastic food options nearby. Short walk to the Old City. Rooms facing the river are quieter. 150% recommended!

Set in Tbilisi City, 4.5 km from Tbilisi Opera and Ballet Theatre, S&L Boutique Hotel features indoor swimming pool, sauna free WiFi access and free private parking. Nice and friendly environment. We came to Tbilisi to visit the embassy, came in late and only stayed one night. It was nice to find out that there is a kitchen available where I could prepare some simple meal for my kids at night. We were allowed to stay 2 additional hours to get some rest after the visit of the embassy. Next time we will definitely stay here and will try the pool.

Out of this world. Amazing atmosphere, super clean rooms with all listed amenities. The surrounding of the trees, greenery, weather and the night was ❤️❤️❤️. Breakfast was also the highlight of the stay. Staff was really cooperative, they were well in communication and were super helpful.
