I liked the hotel, location, food and the beach. It was quite hard to communicate with the reception and concierge. Food quality was very good, tasty, healthy, great variety. F&B manager works very well, very well organised work in all the catering areas. Immediately taking care of empty tables and preparing for another guests on peak time. Room 3304 was amazing. We adored the view, the big balcony, the bed, shower. Absolutely loved it. All buggy drivers were very positive, cheerful and helpful. The garden is amazing, so well kept and looked after very well. Main bar staff very professional, very positive, very frendly.

Gorgeous view, centrally located with every convenience you need for your holiday. The restaurant al la carte is simply amazing, excellent wine menu as well. The buffet breakfast is delicious and abundant, with many choices. Rooms are very comfortable with all the comfort you need and except. Housecleaning staff, very attentive. The gift shop is small but full of high quality, unique artisans jewelry, apparel, beauty product and accessories. I purchased beauty product clothing and jewelry, each item is unique, you will not find these items in other shops here. Highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely return here. This is absolutely the best hotel in Paleokastritsa.

Such a nice and clean place with everything I needed for my stay. The host was super friendly! Warm recommendations. I will surely come back next time with my family ❤️

It was new and beautifully presented. The staff were incredible in every area of the hotel. They really made our stay so so special. They were warm, friendly, polite and knowledgeable.
