Since this is a newly opened boutique hotel, we came with fairly high expectations. From the very beginning and to the end, every aspect of this holiday had exceeded all our expectations. The hotel facilities, the outstandingly professional staff, the fairly secluded location without masses of other tourists, the peace and quiet, the food quality (and quantity, for those worried) and brilliant beachfront all deserve a straight 10/10. This is a small hotel with roughly 30 rooms and therefore perfect for all that wish some peace and intimacy. The hotel has an open outdoor gym - compact, but one of the best equipped I've witnessed anywhere else in the Mediterranean. Who ever designed the gym obviously has an idea what equipment is actually useful. A big bonus - something commonly neglected by so many five-star hotels - is the quality of the coffee. Each cup at breakfast is prepared to order by a skilled barista (without a surcharge!) and is thoroughly enjoyable (from americanos to milk-based drinks). The staff was absolutely outstanding, professional and always helpful. The room was consistently made twice daily (in the evening, we usually just asked for more water and an occasional towel) and the staff at the restaurant was always friendly and open. There are not many options to dine out in the walking distance of the hotel, but this was never an issue for us, as everything prepared by the hotel restaurants was always very tasty and of high quality. And very reasonably priced. For those wanting to visit Kos town, the bus stop is located literally outside the hotel front gate and will take you to town once every hour for 2 Euros pes person and in about 25 minutes. For those wondering why the hotel only has 4 instead of 5 stars - we firmly believe this is simply because they do not have a pool, which would also have been completely unnecessary. The beachfront is extraordinary with always enough options to find a spot and a few steps away from your room.

The room, the views, the private swimming pool, the sea, the food - all was exceptional. We especially cherished the daily small gifts inspired by Hippocrates' philosophy and the local traditions.

Magnificent location and wonderful property. Nothing was too much to ask and the staff went out of their way to help plan our stay and make sure we were comfortable and happy. The food was excellent. We simply loved our stay, it was perfect.

The architecture and interior design of the hotel was amazing. Our room was elegantly decorated, perfectly clean and the most comfortable. The food served was wonderful, delicious and healthy. And even better than all, the people: Everyone we met was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We would definitely like to be back again for a longer stay.

The private beach was another highlight — quiet, clean, and with stylish sunbeds and chilled water brought right to us. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and fresh, whether we were enjoying breakfast or sunset dinner on our lovely terrace. But what truly sets Lango apart is the incredible staff — professional, friendly, and always going the extra mile to make your stay special. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the trip.
