Since this is a newly opened boutique hotel, we came with fairly high expectations. From the very beginning and to the end, every aspect of this holiday had exceeded all our expectations. The hotel facilities, the outstandingly professional staff, the fairly secluded location without masses of other tourists, the peace and quiet, the food quality (and quantity, for those worried) and brilliant beachfront all deserve a straight 10/10. This is a small hotel with roughly 30 rooms and therefore perfect for all that wish some peace and intimacy. The hotel has an open outdoor gym - compact, but one of the best equipped I've witnessed anywhere else in the Mediterranean. Who ever designed the gym obviously has an idea what equipment is actually useful. A big bonus - something commonly neglected by so many five-star hotels - is the quality of the coffee. Each cup at breakfast is prepared to order by a skilled barista (without a surcharge!) and is thoroughly enjoyable (from americanos to milk-based drinks). The staff was absolutely outstanding, professional and always helpful. The room was consistently made twice daily (in the evening, we usually just asked for more water and an occasional towel) and the staff at the restaurant was always friendly and open. There are not many options to dine out in the walking distance of the hotel, but this was never an issue for us, as everything prepared by the hotel restaurants was always very tasty and of high quality. And very reasonably priced. For those wanting to visit Kos town, the bus stop is located literally outside the hotel front gate and will take you to town once every hour for 2 Euros pes person and in about 25 minutes. For those wondering why the hotel only has 4 instead of 5 stars - we firmly believe this is simply because they do not have a pool, which would also have been completely unnecessary. The beachfront is extraordinary with always enough options to find a spot and a few steps away from your room.

The food was exceptional – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented at every meal. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable; every room and public area was spotless and well-maintained. The service was outstanding – the staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. I truly felt welcomed and cared for, and I can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

I have stayed in some of the world’s most renowned hotels, from Marina Bay Sands in Singapore to the Park Hyatt in Tokyo and the Ritz-Carlton in Honolulu, along with many others of similar caliber. Each was impressive in its own way, but a few months later none truly stayed in my memory. Until Theros! I came here last October, planning to stay just a couple of days. The hotel looked beautiful in photos, but these days everything is enhanced by Photoshop and AI, so I thought “Looks good, probably not as good in reality, but fine for a short stay.” I was so wrong. I ended up staying for one month, until they closed for the season in November. This place is *by far* the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The architecture, landscaping, atmosphere, and attention to detail in everything are hard to put into words, and photos simply do not do it justice. You have to see and feel this place in person to truly understand. And all of this would mean nothing without the wonderfully friendly people who run the place and make the magic work so well. It’s not just a five star hotel, It is in a category of its own, a place you will never want to leave!

Отель Neptune расположен посреди ландшафтного сада, украшенного произведениями искусства, в 5 км от деревни Мастихари на острове Кос. К услугам гостей 5 плавательных бассейнов и 7 баров. Очень понравился отель! Ухоженная и чистая территория отеля, 4 или 5 бассейнов, больших, один 50 метров, полно лежаков у бассейнов и на пляже, детский мини аквапарк. Приветливый персонал. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки и ужины. Номера со свежим ремонтом - все как на фото. Большая парковка. Отель оставил очень и очень приятное впечатление!

I can't say enough about the incredible experience I had. The hotel itself is elegantly and stylishly decorated, with a modern touch that adds to its overall charm. Every corner of the property reflects a sense of sophistication, making the entire ambiance feel luxurious and inviting. The rooms were immaculate and elegantly designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The spa was an absolute highlight—truly a sanctuary of relaxation with top-notch facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated. The spa team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel so special, providing a holistic spa treatment that included a massage, body scrub, and facial—it was an unforgettable experience. The pool area was equally impressive, with super comfortable lounge areas perfect for relaxing. Watching the breathtaking sunsets from the lounge chairs on the terrace was a magical experience I won't soon forget. The beach area was also stunning, with a beautiful aesthetic that reminded me of the Hamptons—chic, serene, and simply picturesque. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with absolutely everything one could ask for, making my morning a delightful start to the day. The attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a thoughtful, handwritten welcome note in my room, along with a gift of local olive oil, which was a lovely touch. The staff took the time to show me around and explain everything thoroughly, making sure I felt completely at home. A special thanks to the Sarah, Kostas, Eleni and Olympia who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warm hospitality and helpfulness were extraordinary! All in all, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay on Kos.

Мы брали номер с выходом к бассейну и это того стоит! Доплатите но берите именно такой, не пожалеете. Чистота везде, уборка каждый день, множество локаций с бассейнами. Пляж расчистили от камней метров 40, коралки можно не брать! Лежаков множество везде,занимать не нужно. Персонал улыбчивый, его много и он всегда наготове помочь. Чек ин, чек аут 2 минуты! Развлечения были каждый день, уровня не ждите но после пляжного расслаблена сойдёт. На всех! Зонтах пиаркод, сканируешь,заказываешь через пару минут принесут хоть куда! Хоть что. Ну и еда. Это вообще песня! Высочайший уровень продуктов и блюд. Шеф повару респект! Красная рыбка -каждый день, всяких блинчиков и яичных блюд полно. Фрукты 5-6 видов всегда! Ну а ужин вообще нет слов! 6 видов рыбы- тыкнул пальцем поджарили на гриле! Морепродукты каждый день какие-либо или несколько. Устрицы,мидии, креветки, баранина говядина, свинина все в разных видах ну и апофеоз-трижды за неделю нарезали прямо с ноги настоящий хамон! Занавес!
