The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, thanks to Maria and Kanela’s meticulous attention. They went above and beyond, changing towels and even the complimentary slippers three times during our seven-day stay, a level of service that truly stood out. Every corner of the suite reflected their commitment to excellence. Breakfast was a highlight, masterfully prepared by Eleftheria, who curated a vast and delicious spread featuring the region’s specialties. Each morning, we were treated to an array of local delicacies, from fresh pastries to savory treats, all bursting with authentic Maniot flavors. It was a culinary experience that showcased the area’s rich heritage. The location of Armantanis Luxury Suites is ideal, just a 2-minute drive or a leisurely 12-minute walk from the charming town of Areopolis. This balance of proximity and tranquility made it easy to explore the vibrant local scene while retreating to a peaceful haven. In every way, Armantanis Luxury Suites exceeded our expectations. Maria, Kanela, and Eleftheria’s passion for hospitality, combined with the stunning accommodations and prime location, make this hotel a must-visit in the Mani Peninsula. I recently stayed at Kyniska Palace Conference & Spa in Mystras in April 2025 and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and very spacious, which was perfect for my family—I stayed with my wife and two children. We booked the half-board option and really enjoyed both the dinner and breakfast provided; the food was delicious and satisfying. The hotel is located close to Mystras, a historic fortified town in Laconia, Peloponnese, situated on Mount Taygetus above ancient Sparta. In 1989, the ruins of Mystras—including the fortress, palace, churches, and monasteries—were named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The site features a museum and partially restored ruins that are absolutely worth visiting. I would definitely recommend Kyniska Palace to anyone visiting the region. It’s a great base for exploring the rich history of Mystras while enjoying comfort and great hospitality.

100 Rizes Seaside Resort- Small Luxury Hotels of the World is gelegen in Gythio, op 4 minuten lopen van Strand van Kamares, en biedt accommodatie met een seizoensgebonden buitenzwembad, gratis... The location is absolutely spectacular. Loved the architecture and vegetation. The drive to the hotel is stunning, through an olive orchard. You feel more like in Tuscany than in Greece. We loved everything about it! A true gem! We will definetly come back.

Het 5-sterrenhotel heeft kamers met airconditioning, een eigen badkamer en gratis WiFi.... Prachtige accommodatie! Het is een soort dorpje met huisjes die in locale stijl zijn gebouwd. Het complex heeft een luxe uitstraling en behalve het ontbijt raad ik ook zeker het diner aan. Heerlijke gerechten en wijnen die met veel kennis van het vriendelijke personeel opgediend worden. Wij hebben er een heerlijk verblijf gehad en hadden achteraf spijt dat we niet nog een nacht hadden bijgeboekt.

Alas Resort & Spa ligt aan een privéstrand, op 30 minuten rijden van het dorp Monemvasia. Het biedt 5-sterrenaccommodatie met uitzicht over de Laconische Golf. The breakfast, view, and location were so serene and relaxing, it was amazing. We really enjoyed having breakfast by the beach where we could watch the sea. The food was really good and we loved the fact that we could order drinks and food by the pool.

Het Kastro Maini ligt in het hart van het historische Areopolis, in het centrum van Mani. Het traditionele stenen gebouw beschikt over een zwembad met hydromassage en een zwembad voor kinderen. I had a lovely room with a wonderful sea view which captured perfect sunsets so was very happy with that outlook. The room and bathroom were both an adequate size with a little balcony with excellent drying facilities for wet bathers. The pool and area around it were spacious and very relaxing. The gardens were beautifully maintained. Breakfast had a wide choice and all well presented. An excellent stay and won't hesitate to book again if in that area.
