Every single thing was handled professionally and with an extra effort that left us a wonderful memory of our Christmas at the Mediterranean palace hotel! We are especially grateful to Mr. Theodoris at the reception as well as all his colleagues. Then the wonderful waitress Georgia at the restaurant who made our first day at the hotel so special and memorable. The breakfast staff also extremely kind and the food quality was quite impressive! Great choices for Low-Carb breakfast is very rare in Greece and this is a huge plus. Every little thing we requested was amended quickly and efficiently! We had some friends visiting us in the hotel’s bar where I had the best virgin Mary cocktail made by a very creative and knowledgeable bar tender while our friends had some unusual cocktail requests that were masterfully fulfilled! The spa is small but clean, the location just perfect! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel! We also received many gifts from the guest experience team and big congrats to this department manager!

We liked the location, how clean the hotel is, the quality and quantity of breakfast and mostly the friendly staff. After a long trip from London to Thessaloniki with my daughter who is 8 months old, Akis who was the receptionist the night we arrived, welcomed us and was extremely helpful with proving us a cot, even if we didn't book it. We also met Froso during breakfast who was a lovely smiling lady.
