There were many staff from Albania who were very professional, helpful and made our stay very pleasant.

Apart from all 10 points above, I must say that fitness room is just wonderful, clean, spacious, with all necessary equipment. Service was excellent. Upon late arrival staff took care and left us some sandwiches in the fridge. Also, because of our honeymoon, we found a fruit basket with champagne and honey desert. When I asked if they had softer pillows, as I felt my pillow was a bit too hard, they delivered to the room a soft and comfortable pillow for me straight away. Overall, everything was just perfect: cleaning, service, beach. I don’t think you need more for a perfect and relaxing vacation. We will come again! Thank you!!!

The entire staff provided excellent service with genuine kindness and professionalism, making us feel welcome at every moment. The resort is spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and everything is very well maintained. The prices are also surprisingly reasonable for the level of quality and comfort offered. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of value, hospitality, and beauty all in one place. We left with the best impressions and unforgettable memories. Situated in Plakias, Belvedere Luxury Apartments & Spa offers beachfront accommodation 300 metres from Plakias and provides various facilities, such as a garden and a shared lounge. Everything was clean, the apartment was wide, beautiful and comfortable. The service was lovely. The breakfast very good and delicious. Next to a beautiful beach and many restaurants. We also took a massage in the spa that was wonderful! We wish we stayed for longer time. Very recommended!

Offering a shared pool and a restaurant, the beachfront Swell Boutique Hotel is located in Rethymno Town. Because of bad balcony elsewhere, I booked a room with a view for one night. They gave me a 2 bedroom topfloor suite, with 2 bathrooms including a hot tub. More than expected, and spetacular view from both windows and balcony. Efharisto team Swell!
