The staff is the best. Always with a smile on the face. We love the minimalism and modern design of this Hotel. The beach. The view. The service at the pool and at the beach. The food is amazing. This time we receive an upgrade and the suite with the jacuzzi was wonderful. We just have good things to share with the others. Absolutely nothing to complain.

O alojamento superou as expectativas, é muito superior a um 3* comum. Tem uma ótima piscina e os quartos são espaçosos e acolhedores. Está numa zona segura e tranquila, mas próxima do centro. O staff é muito simpático e deu-nos dicas de restaurantes. O pequeno-almoço é farto, diverso e feito lá por uma excelente cozinheira que recebia os hóspedes.

The entire staff provided excellent service with genuine kindness and professionalism, making us feel welcome at every moment. The resort is spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the common areas, and everything is very well maintained. The prices are also surprisingly reasonable for the level of quality and comfort offered. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of value, hospitality, and beauty all in one place. We left with the best impressions and unforgettable memories. It’s great, very comfortable and convenient local. It's close to the beach, there's also a supermarket, and the hotel's facilities are very comfortable. Also, the service attitude of the staff is very friendly and humane. They knew I was going to Samaria Gorge the next day and prepared breakfast for us that morning.

They did beyond their duty since the moment we stepped into the hotel. The room was cleaned well every day. The food is great. Definitely, we will come back when we are back in Crete.

O Porto Enetiko Suites está localizado no centro histórico de Rethymno, a cerca de 30 metros da praia e da fortaleza veneziana. Wow such a gorgeous view. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Easy to get to all the nice restaurants and ocean. Was super clean and friendly manager. Was like a dream!
