We loved everything about our stay at the Nautilux. As far as we are concerned, it is clearly a very well run hotel. Every single staff member that we met was so helpful and friendly. The pool area and proximity to the beach was perfect. Parking at the hotel was stress free. We walked into the center of town ….once! It was a lovely walk but the best thing is that there are always taxis available right by the hotel and in the town to bring you to and fro. Town was definitely worth a visit. There are also lots of restaurants and bars nearby if you prefer to stay near the hotel. We particularly liked the Taverna next door. Breakfast at the hotel was great too! Lovely hotel… definitely recommended!

O alojamento superou as expectativas, é muito superior a um 3* comum. Tem uma ótima piscina e os quartos são espaçosos e acolhedores. Está numa zona segura e tranquila, mas próxima do centro. O staff é muito simpático e deu-nos dicas de restaurantes. O pequeno-almoço é farto, diverso e feito lá por uma excelente cozinheira que recebia os hóspedes.

Without a doubt, the BEST hotel i have ever stayed in Europe. The staff, the food and rooms were beautiful. I can't recommend enough

Situado em Balíon, o Atali Grand Resort -. O All Inclusive dispõe de 2 piscinas ao ar livre sazonais. The food was delicious. There were variety of different types of food including seafood. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by the mountains and the sea. The water park is great and we had a lot of fun there (both adults). The staff was awesome, very pleasant (but not too much as typically in Turkey for example) and always ready to listen to you. We had an excellent experience with the coupe massage and so far it was the best massage ever!

Platanes Beach fica a poucos passos de distância. very nice and intimate hotel. excellent welcome, amazing hospitality, walking distance from the beach. very quiet.

Fantastic location, walking distance to fantastic beach, shops, bars, coffee shops, tavernas and 20min to Rethymo main city area. Great sized room, clean with everything you need. Excellent welcome when we arrived. Swimming pool closed during the winter but the sea is 2min away if you are feeling brave!

The terrace was was far bigger than expected and very safe for our one year old baby. He was able to play outside without us having to watch him closely. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Especially Valia who made our stay extra comfortable by allowing us to check out late in order to accomodate our baby's nap. The breakfast was great and there was more than enough food. The bed ensured that we had the best sleep of our entire holiday.

Location, staff, our executive suite with private pool and sauna. The bed was so comfortable we tried to read label of sheets and mattress so we could purchase for home. We said it truly was the perfect bed. The freshly squeezed orange juice served to the table each morning ehole sitting in front of the beach was fabulous. Our 3rd visit, and not our last. We brought extra family this year, and they also loved it.

Village-like plan but very upscale. Wonderful gardening, perfect maintenance and squeaky clean. Great service by real professionals. Recommend the dinner in addition to the amazing breakfast. This is a hotel where the food is really great, fresh, nicely presented and served on a beautiful veranda. A safe, elegant and calm environment with beauty wherever you look.
