Staff - Never seen such amazing people working for a hotel like here. All of them (!!) are absolutely friendly, polite, kind, warmhearted, funny and so hard working to make you have the greatest time. Hotel, rooms & facility - we got a very beautiful room with private pool. It was always very clean and has everything you need. There was a shower and a bath tube in the room too. The are also 3 big pool areas with a variation of amazing sunbeds. Food & restaurants - we booked with halfboard so we could daily taste the various food the chef was creating. There was always enough of everything, variations of meat, salads, pasta, greek specialities and also many vegetarian options. For vegan people there is also an extra restaurant (but once you taste the greek meat and food - you will never want to be vegan again 😜🇬🇷) Specials - there was a gym, a SPA, and also a hotel owned beach. Nearly every night there was a special theme night with live music or instruments. There is also a car rent option or activities to book at the hotel. They will arrange everything you want 😊 ! Location - the location of the hotel is very good and we would recommend a car or another transfer option if you want to see something of the island. There is a supermarket nearby too. All in one - it was a PERFECT stay for us! The team is very hard working to make us the perfect stay. Thank YOU ALL for this amazing visit!

Me and my wife had an amazing time at this fabulous hotel with our grandson. The accommodation is perfect, food is the best hotel food we have tasted and the service that Panagiotis, Andreas and other member of the staff gave was superb, no matter what we asked they solved everything super fast with friendliness and a smile. The hotel manager Mr Konstantinos has a great crew that will make any visitor very happy with the visit. This is a hotel which we will surely visit again.

A SPECIAL and BIG thanks goes to Maria from reception, who checked in with us every day and solved every little request with such kindness. She made us feel at home in a way we’ve never experienced before. Also, a big thanks to the hotel manager, whose attention and care made our stay extraordinary and full of beautiful surprises. The hotel itself is breathtaking – modern, serene design, delicious food, and an atmosphere of pure relaxation. The cleanliness was outstanding, with housekeeping taking their time to make everything perfect. Even gardeners, drivers, and all other staff members greeted us with genuine warmth every time they saw us. We left Olea Suites with beautiful memories and can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Set in spacious grounds and surrounded by gardens, the 5-star The Bay Hotel & Suites is located on its private sandy beach in Vassilikos. Guests enjoy free beach sun beds and a 250-square-metre pool. Nice hotel with a relaxing atmosphere. Modern rooms with very comfortable beds. Friendly and very attentive staff.

Food ( This was one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Good quality, plenty of choices, we didn't even consider to go eat outside the resort which doesn't happen often) Location (brick view to the sea, right next to the beach, close to the main city Zakynthos) Stuff/hospitality ( very welcoming people especially in the restaurant and at the bars. Always ready to help)

Close to the centre of Tsilivi town, this hotel rests along a quiet road that leads to the beautiful beach. This location offers tranquility close to the vibrant town. Everything. Hotel is super modern, luxurious and clean. Staff were very attentive and super friendly. Pool areas were beautiful, located right beside our room. We had lunch and snacks most days in the hotel and all the food was excellent.
