Opened in 2012, Lifestyle Hotel Mátra features lavish rooms with free Wi-Fi, 2 indoor pools and a spa area of 1200 square metres on 2 floors. I was really amazed by the interior it really met my style what I like. The colors, furniture etc... The wellness was absolutely great and offered a wide choice of options. Having breakfast with a breathtaking view of Matra... I think I do not have to write more about it... Basically the whole staying was absolutely wonderful. Many thanks for the whole staff, because we always meet some nice words or just a smile what I think represents that really good people working there. The management of the hotel can be proud from the cleaners, kitchen workers to the waitresses,bartenders. Be aware that not always the shiny things but the hospitality will power the guests to visit again you. And you are on a good way! Many thanks for everything.

The rooms were clean, modern, and beautifully decorated – we even had a lovely attic-style room, which felt cozy and unique. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent – great variety, tasty options, and a really nice atmosphere in the dining area. Perfect location for a peaceful getaway in nature. I would definitely come back again. Thank you for a great experience!

Notarius Vendégház ligger i Poroszló, 39 kilometer fra Egerszalók termalkilde og 44 kilometer fra Eger-basilikaen, og har overnatting med hage med et utendørsbasseng, utsikt mot byen og tilgang til en... Breakfast was fine. The ambience, the honesty coffee/ bar, the pool, the people and the calm were perfect!

I Bélapátfalva, 22 kilometer fra Eger slott, ligger Réteskert vendégház és apartman, som har en hage, gratis privat parkering, en terrasse og en spa- og velværeavdeling. We loved the location, the amazing view, superfriendly cat and dog of the house, and of course the owner. Jacuzzi was also a nice addition.

The 4-star Avar Hotel was built in 2020 and it is located at the foot of the Mátra mountain. It offers garden, wellness center, 24-hour front desk, room service and luggage storage. Excellent food, staff is friendly and helpful. Great spa and bowling facilities

I Mátraháza, 47 kilometer fra Egerszalók termalkilde, ligger 4 Évszak Hegyihotel, som har et treningsstudio, gratis privat parkering, en hage og en fellesstue. They changed us to another hotel so close to that one because they had a problem on it, but the new one was even better! Everything was so luxurious, they had even a jacuzzi and a sauna. We went to ski but it was no snow, so we stayed a lot of time in the hotel enjoying it. Personal was also very nice! It was such a lovely place. :)

This hotel is perfect if you would like to spend a cozy weekend or more as you don't even need to go out during the stay. There are two thermal pools inside and outside which we liked the most. Wide range of food both for breakfast and dinner. Also delicious. Staff was nice and helpful. We definitely come back

Situated in Eger, 700 metres from Eger Castle, Erla Villa Boutique Hotel features accommodation with free WiFi. The location was so close to our walking tour of the city - very central to everything. After 2 weeks in Europe, and one meal at a Michellin star restaurant, this was the next best meal ever!!! The duck was outstanding!!! We ate on a Viking ship with really good meals and many good restaurants, but our entire dinner here was outstanding, plus the little dining area was precious. We wish we could have stayed longer and would recommend this charming boutique hotel to anyone wanting a true Eger/Hungarian experience!

Situated in Szilvásvarad only two minutes from the famous Szalajka Valley. Wellness area including a finnis sauna, infrared sauna, hot tub, and pool for children. There is an indoor pool and an excellent free wellness equipped with sauna and jacuzzi; hotel is located near a forest and there's plenty of outdoor activities available. Supermarket and good restaurant at walking distance. My room was very spacious and quiet. Personnel is very kind and supportive; they rearranged my dates without penalty.
