The property is beautiful, the room has everything that you need and more! The shower has two different types of shower (ceiling one and normal) The pool is huge and crystal clear, and the pool bar was amazing (the lychee shots OMG) but the highlight is the warm and kind staff, everyone is amazingly kind and supportive. I never felt so loved before in a resort hahaha Thank you Linda, Reza, Daniel, and all trainees (they deserve to be part of the staff because they are amazing!) and big thanks for the lady staff who noticed that I was with many mosquito bites in my legs and she rushed to bring me a mosquito repellent without even asking!! 💕🙏 we are counting the days to go back!!

We initially planned to stay at the hotel for 10 days and then travel to different areas, but we liked it so much that we ended up staying at the hotel for a total of 3 weeks! The dedication and professionalism of the staff were second to none. Thanks to the beach men, especially Devi, for their attentiveness to guests! Staying at ZIN was an amazing experience! The breakfast was absolutely the best I had in Bali – fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. My room was clean, stylish, and very comfortable, and the garden was simply astonishing – so peaceful and lush, like a little oasis. The hotel is just a short walk from a beautiful beach, which made it easy to enjoy sunrise or sunset by the ocean every day. The atmosphere at ZIN is calm and inspiring – I felt relaxed and at home the entire time. I will definitely come back next time I visit Bali. Highly recommended!

Liked everything - crazy variety of breakfast menu, dinner menu, etc. Loved the pool facility, as well as the availability of buggies & buggy driver to drive us around the entire place. We enjoyed ALL our interaction with EACH & EVERY staff - I think Renaissance did a really good job hiring / training the right people for the job. All the staff were helpful, cheerful, maintained their smile the entire time - be it the restaurant staff, the lobby staff or the gardeners! 2 in particular that stood out during our stay were Deo & Bas - both buggy drivers that were really friendly, proactively engaged in making us comfortable, chatting with us & made our buggy ride to & fro much more enjoyable!
