The staff was really really nice and welcoming always available for any changes or requests we had an issue with our room and they helped with replacing it immediately. Really love this place and will send my parents soon for a retreat and recharge honestly 10 out of 10

Out of countless options in Bali, I’m grateful I chose to book this place for my parent’s anniversary! The booking process was smooth and the staff were very responsive with my queries. Most importantly, they went above and beyond in assisting and accomodating my parents. Kayumas was very welcoming and homey. Though afar, my parents felt safe and well taken care of. To Kayumas staff team, thank you so much to each and everyone of you! My parents had the loveliest time and they couldn’t stop talking about it. Thanks for giving them a great experience. From the moment I arrived to the fabulous open breezy reception area and welcome, to the time I left with help and care from staff as I did, I loved it and it exceeded my expectations. As a non sunbather there were equally as many fabulous spaces to sit, read and enjoy the fabulous view which I really appreciated. Loved the music on some of the evenings (saxophone by the jungle and an acoustic evening) which added to the atmosphere and experience. Right on the road and through rice fields to the ridge walk so a lovely 15/20 minute walk into centre which I loved. The food and drinks were fabulous and staff exceptional. I felt seen and cared for throughout. I didn’t want to leave ❤️
