The calmness of the place, the individual little huts we slept in for an absolutely gorgeous night of sleep, backing onto a river for a perfect reading spot. The resort was also at one with nature - very symbiotic.

From a complimentary transfer from the ferry terminal to top-quality services provided by the entire staff at Bintan (especially Mustika and Fika at the reception), The Residence Bintan was a home away from home. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we had a very much-needed relaxed 2 days (after our fully packed Singapore trip and before the next destination). Nothing was ever too much for the team to support with. From requesting extra bikes to arranging Quad Bike experience for the kids, the team made every effort to ensure our stay was indeed memorable. My 9-year-old son rated the food at both restaurants (Rica Rica and the other in the main area) as one of the best he has ever had! Felt like 2 days went by so fast! This resort is a must for anyone visiting Bintan.

Located about a 20-minute away from Tanjung Pinang city centre, Trikora Beach Club offers an eco-friendly beachfront accommodation with free WiFi access in public areas of the property and free... First of all, we had to change our booking the day before our 4 day stay due to a family emergency. We had paid and I figured we would not be able to reschedule; but Trikora were awesome and accommodated us a few weeks later. It was probably not contractually what they had to do, but they did it and we really appreciated it. When we got there we pretty quickly learned that there is a super-friendly, chilled and caring atmosphere to the place. The people are terrific - they engage enough to be warm and to ensure the guests are fine - but without over doing it. Nice. The setting is great, beside a nice beach and with the pool just there, connecting the beach and the restaurant. It works really well. The cabins are spread out, so you can just chill in front of your own cabin in privacy or go to the pool and restaurant. The whole place finds a lovely balance between Robinson Crusoe and a normal 5 star joint; it really is a great balance and rarely found. There is no marble, no shiny surfaces and very little symmetry. It looks like it belongs there and it looks like (and is) a place you want to stay. The food was really good and the menu was long for a small place. The rendang was as good as any I have had.

Personally, I can truly see myself revisiting Sadi Beach House. I loved everything about this place — from the calm, beautiful ambience to the exceptional hospitality. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating, which made the stay feel very personal and comforting. The spa massage deserves a special mention. It was, without exaggeration, the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. Deeply relaxing and professionally done — a must-try if you’re staying here. The food was excellent. Meals are not buffet-style; instead, your chosen main dishes are served with complimentary and generous side dishes. Overall, Sadi Beach House felt less like a resort and more like a second home. The peaceful environment, thoughtful service, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, restful, and heartfelt getaway.

Ubytovanie Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG sa nachádza v destinácii Lagoi 5 min. chôdze od miesta Pláž Lagoi. We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The staff was very attentive and service minded. We had some issues with the air cond but we were offered to have another room pro-actively. Pool was great. Just some 3 min walking from a small plaza where there were a few add’l local restaurants

A hidden gem away from the tourist areas. Beautifully appointed rooms, with a back to nature feel. The staff are all amazing, helpful and always smiling. The location is just stunning, we wish we were there for longer!!
