The moment I entered, I was greeted by an atmosphere of pure cleanliness and refined comfort. Every part of the residence was impeccably maintained — spotless floors, fresh linens, and a level of care that truly sets it apart. What impressed me most was how generous they were with amenities. From high-quality toiletries to thoughtful touches that made the stay smoother and more enjoyable, everything was well-planned and top-notch. Even without kitchen facilities, the residence offered more than enough luxury and convenience to ensure a seamless stay. The rooms were beautifully designed, spacious, and undeniably elegant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, giving me some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Every detail — from the décor to the lighting and premium furnishings — contributed to a truly elevated experience.

We had a wonderful stay and would recommend Mulu Marriott Resort as a base to expore Mulu. Staff was super nice, the hotel provides transport to the park office and airport pretty much around the clock. Great to relax by the pool after a hike or get a spa treatment.

The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.

The property was actually a pure jackpot in Kota Kinabalu. The staff was absolutely amazing even providing a pickup from the airport, the helper with all issues or troubles. The apartment was greatly equipped with everything, even a water filter for drinking water. And close by even has one of the best Ayam Penyet places in KK where even the locals order from 🙏
