Grand City Hall Hotel & Serviced Residences is situated in the heart of Medan. It is next door to the Bank Indonesia Complex. Place is very convenient, easy to ascess everywhere. There is car free day every sunday and it was fun to join. Room were nice and clean.

Breakfast is good and service was excellent. They even gifted me a Hibiscus Tea box. Rooms are comfortable, clean and modern.

Lovely, all the staffs are friendly, service are improving, room was clean and properly prepared. I went to this hotel a few times still always fascinated with the convenient location, the price are also affordable.
