Made a comment that it's our honeymoon and the staff made an effort to make a new welcome sign on the mirror, and the swan was the best we seen around. Room ambience was great and very clean too, our room have good view of the airplane taking off too! Bed was extremely comfy with bolsters! Our hair dryer stop working halfway, and they were quick to resolve it

I loved everything, the service was so good, i ate well (they have a restaurant, i had most of my meals there), i got a quiet room, very confortable, and the swimming-pool was amazing! If i come back to Yogya i would stay there again.

The hotel itself is perfect, the room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. There was tea and coffee in the room with a kettle. Also complimentary water. The staff was very friendly and kind. The location was good I guess, I mean Yogyakarta was not what I expected but it is not a reflection on the hotel at all. You need a grab/gojek or a taxi to go to Malioboro area, or anywhere around the same distance. However there are some restaurant options within 10 min walking distance of the hotel. Also, the hotel breakfast and restaurant is also amazing with a variety of choices. Highly recommended.

All was quite exceptional .restaurant staff were charming and very personable especially Widiya and Mutiaro Room servicing was also exceptional

Nice clean hotel, great morning breakfast with a lot of options, helpful staff, free onsite self laundry. Good Mexican restaurant on the property. Located 10 minutes from the main area.

Located in the heart of Yogyakarta, The Phoenix Hotel Yogyakarta - MGallery Collection is luxury accommodation in a colonial landmark from 1918. Excellent service, particularly Verlin who was very helpful.
