Everything was perfect from the start. Sabina and David were so lovely and could not do enough for us to make our stay fantastic. I happened to tell Sabina it was our anniversary and when we arrived at our accommodation, Sabina had a bottle of bubbly on ice to celebrate. We also had our dog Bear with us and she was allowed to go everywhere. Not something you will find in a 'dog friendly' hotel. This stylish, refurbished 18th-century house is 1 mile outside Cootehill town and has the peaceful Eden Spa, and luxurious bedrooms with free Wi-Fi. The staff and the hotel rooms are great. As usual, if you rent a car it is great to be on the edge of a town/city. Free parking. Quiet area. Nice to walk around, etc.
