Boasting marble bathrooms and spacious rooms with mountain views, The Brehon Hotel & Spa overlooks Killarney National Park. Guests can relax in its luxurious Anú Spa. This is a really nice hotel and our room was fantastic. A very well laid out and spacious room with amazing views of Killarney National Park. Also throughout the hotel the level of cleanliness was clear to be seen as it was spotless. All of the staff were engaging and very friendly and a credit to the hotel. In particular the young lady working behind the bar went to a different floor to get the drink I ordered; what service! Breakfast was another standout. Usually buffet breakfasts are not up to scratch but this was not the case here. All of the hot food was actually still hot and cooked to perfection We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were delighted with the gifts the hotel had arranged for us on our arrival

On the shores of Lough Lein overlooking 26,000 acres of National Parkland, the 5-star Europe Hotel & Resort boasts 180 spacious rooms and suites and a 50,000 sq. ft. luxury spa. The breakfast was excellent and a real highlight of the stay. We were kindly upgraded to a Golf-side Signature Suite, which added an extra special touch to an already wonderful stay.

Built in 1992, the 5-star The Killarney Park is just a 5-minute walk from the Killarney Train Station. Perfect location, beautiful building, incredible staff (friendly, helpful and efficient). I stay in 75+ hotels a year and this one is in the top few. Breakfast is nicely presented, delicious and fast. Staff are very attentive. No negatives at all. Concierge is top notch.

Set against the backdrop of the Slieve Mish Mountains, The Rose Hotel is a four-star hotel located in Tralee, just 1.5 km from the town centre. The Rose Hotel was spacious and well located. It is an easy walk into town through the Rose Park and Rose gardens. The room was spacious enough for two friends and it had a great breakfast menu and a well equipped gym. The reception staff that greeted us in the afternoon were lovely - very helpful and responsive. The concierge (Stephen) was so helpful and provided a lot of information about the town and where to go. The two breakfast staff (Falou and Amilou) were friendly and chased up coffees for us, always smiling when we asked for anything.

Ballygarry Estate is a 4-star hotel and spa located in Tralee, Kerry. It offers 2 restaurants and luxury rooms with antique furnishings. Free public parking is available on site. This is a 4 star hotel that is managed and maintained better than many 5 star hotels, we have stayed at. Great value, exceptional service and well trained and natural serving staff. Management hovered to ensure that quality and standards are upheld. Well run hospitality business, others should take note.

Set in Sneem, 46 km from Carrantuohill Mountain, The Woodland Villas at Parknasilla Resort offers accommodation with a hot tub, beauty services and a steam room. Stayed with a group of friends in the Villas and the houses were perfect for our group. The beds are very comfortable, the houses are equipped with everything needed and everyone commented on how spacious they were.
