With a history dating back to 1180, Kilkea Castle provides accommodation set on 180 acres of woodland, gardens and a golf course. We stayed in the Carriage House. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and well taken care of. It’s interior appointments are stunning. The staff of this hotel were very pleasant and very helpful. The room itself was extremely clean and breakfast in the morning was great…. We also ate at the restaurant and the food was great. Highly recommended…

Situated in the countryside of County Kildare The Lodges at Kilkea Castle is set in 180 acres of its own woodland and gardens. I loved everything about my stay. Andrew from the bar was great and loved joking around with us. Glen at the restaurant had us all laughing. The receptionist at check in was really accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed a day of golf, loved the scenery, the last day we were there some of the staff were setting up for a wedding and let us in to take a look.

Cliff at Lyons is located in Celbridge. Featuring one restaurants, cafe and spa, the property also has bikes available for guests to rent. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk. The most stunning place I’ve been to! It felt like we were in a little fairytale village! The grounds are gorgeous! The breakfast was delicious with so much choice and in a beautiful room! The spa was pure bliss, so relaxing and cosy. My therapist Claire was exceptional, she went above and beyond! Thank you again. The lady at reception (so sorry I can’t remember her name, she had blonde hair) was so friendly and made our experience even better, she also upgraded us for my sisters birthday which was such a lovely gesture and made our stay even more special! The on-site cafe was amazing, so handy to have whenever we fancied a hot drink and bite to eat. You never needed to leave the grounds as it had everything you could need. It’s was honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and I can’t wait to come back!!!
