Free Wi-Fi access is provided. Excellent bungalows, very clean, and pristine forest and plantation surroundings. Most memorable is the staff and how we were treated - simply outstanding and helpful.

Vegetarian, halal and vegan options can also be requested. The room was spacious and airy as was the bathroom. There was a large deck overlooking the beautiful plantings from which we could hear and view birds all day. The restaurant is terrific - they seemed willing and able to prepare almost anything asked for - and the serving sizes enormous! Due to no fault of their own, safaris were banned in Karnataka and they are willing to drive you over the border to Kerala. We hope that government ban is soon lifted. Even without those, there were many opportunities to observe the flora and fauna with expert guides. It was a relaxing and delightful experience with ample staff and friendly guests who shared social time. The only caution is for anyone with physical disabilities: there is significant walking and stair climbing required to get around the property.

Coorg Wilderness Resort & Spa in Madikeri has 5-star accommodation with a fitness centre and a bar. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi. The resort offers infinity swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a wide array of adventure activities and trekking. I have stayed in various hotels and resorts including Taj, Radisson, swissotel, intercontinental to name a few. But Coorg wilderness resort outshines all of it. The word excellent is insufficient to describe the resort. The best highlights are the location, food including dinner and breakfast. Also to note the staff are highly trained, kind and the best I have come across so far. I have to agree Paul John resorts have maintained excellent quality in all aspects.
