The Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi is the best you can imagine, in every way, the hotel's maintenance, cleanliness, location, the people with kind eyes, the quality of the food and the presentation, everything is at a very high level with an emphasis on the finest details. We were privileged to meet and talk to Mr. Punit, the manager of the breakfast restaurant, who made our experience in India unique. We tasted diverse and unique Indian dishes every day and according to his choice. Every morning we experienced a different style of breakfast, southern, northern, etc. We felt that his explanations were very interesting. After three nights in the hotel, we continued to Jaipur for another three nights at the Taj Hotel, which Mr. Punit recommended to us. I would like to praise the lady who works as a concierge for taking great care of our trip to the city, and for us to see Delhi and its sites in the order of their locations, which was very helpful. And especially for her concern that we arrive safely to Jaipur when she mediated between us and our taxi driver who did not speak English. The view, watching the Brahminy kites circling above the trees. Feels like being out in the wild in the middle of the city. Really lovely staff, we made good friends with our driver Kamaal, with whom we still keep in touch! We also took a guided tour of “Old and New Delhi” courtesy of the hotel guide, Sunil, who was very knowledgeable and great with our young son.

The food in the restaurant was amazing. Its a great place to stay in a safe zone within New Delhi. I would definitely stay there again.
