It is a beautiful hotel with great staff. We felt very safe, welcome and they have great restaurants and services. We had a guided tour of the city by another company, but in hindsight we should probably have used the hotels services for this. We highly recommend using the hotels transfer services, we used it to go to the airport and Ankur who meet us at the airport was so nice and provided amazing service.

The Leela Palace New Delhi perfectly exemplifies the magnificent architecture, grace and elegance of Lutyens’ Delhi. We absolutely loved the aesthetic of the property, and the customer service was exceptional throughout our stay. The staff welcomed us warmly at the airport and ensured our departure was just as seamless. A special shoutout to Ankit Guillia, the Airport Assistant Manager, who truly went above and beyond in delivering outstanding service. We will most certainly be returning to The Leela on our next visit.

Located in the heart of the capital, The Oberoi, New Delhi enjoys an enviable setting with uninterrupted views of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Humayun’s Tomb and the verdant expanse of the Delhi... It's a very modern and clean hotel. The 'welcome' ritual was a nice surprise. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Concierge arranged Delhi day tour at very short notice. Driver and car were waiting for us in less than 30 minutes. Our driver, Rajveer was a Driver-and-Guide (2-in-1) who gave us background information about the places we visited. The Premium Room is of a generous size to accommodate 2 people very comfortably; and nicely decorated. We have tried the multiple restaurants at this hotel and they are all very good. Don't miss out on The Oberoi Patisserie for the nice pastries. Our transfer to and from Haridwar was also arranged by the helpful Concierge for a seamless travel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nastanitev The Prime Delhi je v mestu New Delhi, 2,3 km od znamenitosti svetišče Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, in nudi brezplačno izposojo koles, brezplačno zasebno parkirišče, fitnes ter vrt. Hotel rooms are very small, however said that if you are alone and on work trip it should not matter. The rooms are quiet comfortable, the shower is very good .Hot water was great .The bed is comfortable. The location is also good difficult to find but its in the center where you can easily move around if you like to,lot of small restaurants, bars ,and also street food available. Also a special mention to the Front office Mr Mohamed he was super nice and very cheerful person, always happy to help, he organized a half a day drip from Delhi ,also evening he organized auto and taxi for me to move around and good recommendation for dinner. They have their in house driver so you don't have to worry about bargaining or anything like that. Which i felt was great considering the safety issues .
