The staff were incredibly welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The service, location, and overall atmosphere made my experience memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

The view was amazing!! From the reception to the room and also draining area you can see the tea farms. The staff is professional and helpful ♥️ my bags missed in airport and they follow up until get my luggage to hotel. The hotel area is quiet. The activity in hotel is suitable for all.

An amazing stay. Words cannot describe the excellence of this centre. 100 pc to the staff who seemed more like friends . The doctors, reception staff especially Angela and Ebbi who went way above and beyond to help and the lovely therapists and housekeeping staff. The location, the gardens and the food are exceptional.
