The staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The location is perfect — we had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the beautiful backwaters. It was so convenient having the PVR cinema and Forum Mall right next door — we watched a movie every evening and enjoyed shopping and great food. The dishes at both Meen and Artiste Restaurant were delicious, and even the food court in the mall was great for a quick bite. Everything was perfect — we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi!

Absolutely stunning location . Wonderful staff who bend backwards to give you want you want . One can never go wrong with a Taj .. Chef Raj and chef Sanil kumar were constantly meeting us to ensure we were comfortable. We even had a wonderful unique dining experience on our anniversary. Chef Sanil was personally involved in curating the menu. The Manager Restaurants , Mr Sajjith was exceptional. He was attending to us everyday and even making some cocktails with the limited inventory. Some people who made our trip memorable were - Sajjith , Raj & Sanil , Akshay and Ameer ( interns ).

The oil massages and steam treatments were super relaxing, the room and bed were super comfy and the swimming pool offered a great refreshment. Simple ayurvedic meals kept my stomach happy and the staff was amazing! 🙏

The bed and breakfast is fitted with a satellite flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are featured in the bed and breakfast. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. Very friendly and helpful owner. Nice and calm place far away from the noise of big roads. Even for this small price breakfast is included. Unfortunately I did not try the hiking that is offered by the host - this should be a much better experience than visiting touristic spots full of people and garbage.
