Situated in Khawāsa, VANN VAIKUNTHAM offers 3-star accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a restaurant. This place is superb. The manager, Vikas Sirohi is clever bussinessman and massive Tiger enthusiast did everything he could to make sure I and my wife saw tiger in the wild. He personally came with us (at 5.15am) to a different gate to the national park where and made sure we had the best tracker and driver to give us the very best chance of seeing a tiger. Sure enough it worked, because we have seen 4 tiger after hunting, during a meal. Wonderful experience and highly recommended. The property is family run, Vikas' father, who also lives there, is very nice and the entire staff, including Sagar Dharate, are extremely helpful. The garden is extraordinary, there is a sanctuary, lots of birds and sometimes a group of monkeys visit.

Situated in Khajurāho, less than 1 km from Lakshmana Temple, Karma Hostel features accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. Clean and spacious room and en-suite bathroom, 24/7 hot shower, good wifi, breakfast included, room rate was super affordable. It’s not on the main road, I had very good sleep. Have been traveling in India for a month and this was the best accommodation I’ve stayed! Not to mention Raj’s hospitality. The dinner with the family was lovely. About 15 minutes on foot to the western group of temples.
