Tuk tuk disponível a todo tempo aos hóspedes. Comércio diurno e noturno bem perto. Água mineral disponível aos hospedes no quarto. Achei o bar uma graça também.

Superb hotel located in the old city, just a stone's throw from the City Palace. The rooms are tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. All the staff are incredibly attentive. We arrived in Udaipur without our luggage, which had been lost during our flight from Delhi. The manager went above and beyond to help us contact Swiss and Air France in Delhi and Europe, without success for a whole week, well after our stay. He also helped us obtain the medication that was in our lost luggage. Thank you to him... and to Cesar in Paris for their welcome, responsiveness, and professionalism.

The hotel is located just 60 meters or so from the main street, so it is easily accessible. Check-in was smooth and so was early check-out. Payment was possible with UPI. The hotel is equiped with an elevator. The roof top, with a very cosy dining room and lounge, is on the sixth floor. There are numerous different eateries in the vicinity, so eating out is not an issue. The room was on the fourth floor with windows facing the back street. The room was clean and the bathroom was functional, with hot water and geyser, which rendered the stay pleasant. Wifi was functional in the room and other common areas. The staff has always been welcoming, courtous and helpful. Bazaars are in walking distance and autos, which stream continuously the main street, can be hailed or booked with ease. Overall, the five-night stay at The Lodge has been pleasant and hassle-free. Excellent value for money.

This stay was easily the best we’ve had in India. The staff are exceptionally attentive and so well organised that it almost feels like they can read your wishes right off your lips. The facilities are spotless, the bed is very comfortable and every service is ready the moment you need it. I also want to praise the exceptional kitchen and chefs - you’re welcomed warmly and the food is on another level. Nowhere in India have we had a better dining experience. The international cuisine is fantastic, cooked perfectly, and they cater beautifully for a vegan diet, which can still be a challenge to find. Would we come back? Absolutely! I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the spa and pool, but we’ll make sure to do that next time. Kudos, kudos, kudos - amazing stay, worth every cent!

Te recebem na porta com saudações tipicamente indianas. O hotel é sempre perfumado e decorado com flores naturais. É igualzinho ao que se vê nas fotos. A limpeza é impecável. O café da manhã é um espetáculo à parte. Há várias opções ocidentais e fazem alguns pratos na hora. Já estou com saudade das french toast.

The Taj Sawai has world class service and the brand new property is stunning. The facilities are beautiful and tastefully appointed, and the staff across the entire hotel - from the front desk to the restaurant to the grounds - provides an extraordinary level of care and attention to detail. The quality of all amenities - from the food to the spa to the pool- is superb. The rooms are luxurious as well as serene, and the quality of the beds, showers, and climate control in each room is outstanding. We also loved the evening activities with cricket, tea, and local craftspeople. The hotel is also perfectly located just 10 minutes from the Ranthambore National Park gate, and the staff welcomes guests back from long and hot safari days with cool, rose scented towels. I want to give special thanks to the Taj staff for providing first class care when my daughter fell very ill with a stomach ailment. The entire staff was extremely supportive and accommodating. They arranged for a local physician to pay a house call, arranged for the delivery of prescriptions, prepared special meals, and brought her extra blankets, ice for cold compresses and beverages. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Would love to return again.

Banheiro limpo e com água quente Tem uma bela vista para o forte e a cidade. A decoração é surpreendente, são vários detalhes. Super recomendo!

Janvi ensured we had confirmed dinner reservations at Johri and Bar Palladio, which made our evenings seamless and memorable. Sonu took wonderful care of us, ensuring every meal was comfortable and enjoyable. We deeply appreciated his thoughtful gesture of arranging a late breakfast for us after our early morning trip to Jhalana Leopard Park, which made a big difference to our day. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly stood out. A special mention to Chef Shailendra Kumar, who personally attended to us and surprised us with beautifully prepared sweets. The care, creativity, and personal attention reflected in his dishes made our dining experiences truly memorable.
