He took the time to answer all our questions in detail, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about our comfort. His warm attitude, dedication, and willingness to help made a huge difference and truly elevated our entire experience. I have been staying at this property almost every time I visit Bangalore and the staff was always the excellent part of the stay. The consistency has been super.

The 5-star Trident Chennai features an outdoor pool, pampering spa treatments and 24-hour room service. The hotel is located near Chennai airport and is 12 km from the railway station. The customer service was excellent! From efficient pre-arrival communications, a smooth check-in (all prior arrangements were ready), walked me out to the fitness centre outdoor at night, arranged bfast food packs as we would check out for our flight before the buffet started; just overall a considerate and thoughtful team at Trident. Eventhough we only stayed for one night, we were very happy especially since we had a poor experience at another nearby airport hotel week prior.

My girlfriend was traveling alone with her mother, and the hotel staff arranged everything perfectly — they were welcomed directly at the airport and taken care of right away. Despite arriving quite late, they were still warmly received and even served dinner. They felt safe, comfortable, and well looked after throughout their stay. Highly recommended.
