Wonderful place, great ambience and excellent staff. Room was excellent and very well kept up. Restaurants and food spread was very nice. Housekeeping staff were very courteous and always a step ahead to ensure our comfort. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. A few staffs who need special mention- 1) Avani (Food and Beverages)- Looked after us really well during breakfast and dining visits. 2) Minakshi and Syeda (Front office)- Very helpful during check in and check out. Minakshi went out of the way to send steamer and ginger/honey drink to the room to ensure quick recovery of our daughter who was having cold and stuffiness. 3) Dohwa and Monalisha (In room services)-Great Service. Service was exceptional. Staff very courteous, amiable and helpful. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. Room was very good, bed very comfortable. We ordered one meal, which was really excellent Breakfast was very good, except omelette and coffee. Excellent variety of dishes available. Really appreciated the hummus and other spreads, along with veggies. Excellent central location.
