Situated along Mount Road in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola is 8 km from the Chennai International Airport. It features 11 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. The rooms were clean and well appointed. Lots of towels which was great. Good security we felt very safe.

The Park Hotel is located in the business, and entertainment area, offering spacious accommodation with views of the Hussain Sagar Lake. My room is very spacious with park and river view. Staffs are very friendly, even security guys. Foods in the restaurant are very delicious.

Wonderful place, great ambience and excellent staff. Room was excellent and very well kept up. Restaurants and food spread was very nice. Housekeeping staff were very courteous and always a step ahead to ensure our comfort. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. A few staffs who need special mention- 1) Avani (Food and Beverages)- Looked after us really well during breakfast and dining visits. 2) Minakshi and Syeda (Front office)- Very helpful during check in and check out. Minakshi went out of the way to send steamer and ginger/honey drink to the room to ensure quick recovery of our daughter who was having cold and stuffiness. 3) Dohwa and Monalisha (In room services)-Great Service. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

I liked the token gift and arrival juice. Its like oasis feeling in desert when we take sip in summer. The check out gift was mud rolled seeds that has different indian native seeds - i will remember that forever. The fruit plate in room was good enough for peoole who checkin as some travel oveeseas and the odd time to have food or availanility of food. Must recommed to all couples
