Featuring a sun terrace, a wellness centre, and a free gym, the 4-star Palazzo Bezzi Hotel is 500 metres from Ravenna centre. The modern rooms offer free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and large LED TVs. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our two children with small slippers and little gifts, that we were not at all expecting. It made them feel welcome and was a lovely gesture. The bathroom was also equipped to handle the needs of smaller users, which was great! The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The location was very comfortable, within walking distance of all the most important things to see in Ravenna. Finding a parking spot in the vicinity was very easy and inexpensive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we asked at the bar for aperol spritz to go, and they went and got plastic cups so we could take them to the beach. Everyone in the reception was very friendly and helpful, so were the staff at breakfast. The room was impeccable. Big bathroom, big balcony. Will go back 100%.

What not to like? this modern hotel checked all the boxes. The generously sized well appointed room was LUXURIOUS. The rate included breakfast, extensive and delicious. The staff was first class so very helpful and professional. Our room included a terrace wtih table and chairs. I booked a massage and my husband and I enjoyed the rooftop infinity pool, hot tub and sauna.

The building is new, gives a luxury feeling. Rooms are big and pleasant to stay. The staff is very kind.

Renovated with great taste, rooms are spacious and squeaky clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Amazing breakfast: everything was delicious. Location is perfect, with available parking inside and outside the hotel. Picked it by chance and got lucky ! Will definitely visit again.
