The entire experience including quality and design of property, service, ceremonies, breakfast, and massage with Daniella were the top!! Every small detail is very well thought through! You truly get a glance into the lives of Ancient Greeks. By far it was the best experience I had amount hundreds of hotels I stayed. Thank you very much for making my stay so pleasant and special. The entire team is amazing!!!

From the room to the actual space, to the cleanliness and the attention to details, everything was perfect. Absolutely nothing wrong with the apartment, the owner even had a bottle of prosecco for us ready. Simply amazing.

Matera'da yer alan La SUITE Matera, MUSMA Müzesi'ne 600 metre, San Giovanni Battista Kilisesi'ne ise 500 metre mesafededir. 3 yataklı suit almiştik ve geldigimizde hazır olmaması cok normaldi çünkü sadece 1 saat once almiştik sanırım gece 22:00 gibi. Dolayıyla 23:00 otele geldiğimizde 3. Yatak hazır değildi. Resepsiyondaki beyfendi o kadar tatlı, sevimli ve kibardıki gerçekten hayran kaldık. O kadar mahcup olduki bizi 15 dk bekletti diye. Hemen dışarıdan bir iş arkadaşını çağırdı hemen yatağı hazırlattı…Oda şahaneydi, manzarası mükemmeldi, bütün tarihi kaleyi yarım adayı görüyordu. Bu bekletme için sabahta resepsiyonda başka bir hanımefendi tekrar özür diledi, gece 15 dk beklettikleri için ayrıca kahvaltı ikram edildi. Bu kadar zarif ve şahane personel uzun zamandır görmemiştim. Her şey için çok çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Aklımızdan hiç silinmeyecek bir misafirperverlikti.

Located right in the heart of Sassi di Matera, the location could not have been better. Nor could the staff have been any friendlier or more helpful - they went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and had everything we needed to know for our stay, including loads of info on places to eat, drink and visit. Andrea was always on hand on WhatsApp if we needed information. All four staff we met were warm, kind and friendly. We absolutely loved the hotel room. It felt very special to be staying in one of the iconic caves, but it has been modernised so beautifully. The room was huge, bright and airy, with all mod cons. We loved the huge walk-in shower behind the bed - a cool use of the space, and the fact that they had used the natural curves of the original cave walls to such great effect. The minibar was really reasonable, only charging €1 for water. The breakfast deserves a special shout-out. Served on the terrace at the front of reception, with a fabulous view of the Sassi, each day we were brought a tiered cake stand filled with fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries and cakes, and either little sandwiches, or cheese, meats and bruschetta. Absolutely delicious and very generous - we never managed to eat it all. We also like having a little table and chairs out the front to sit in the evening and enjoy the view.

The breakfast was amazing! The staff were so helpful and friendly. This was the most unique and wonderful stay. I don’t know if we will ever be able to top the experience we had staying here. It was in a great location.
