The place was incredibly cozy, spotlessly clean, and located in a peaceful area with breathtaking mountain views from the windows. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts. We have never met such kind, helpful, and attentive hosts before! They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing detailed information on the free winter bus schedule, stop locations, and other useful tips. On top of that, they even offered free transportation to and from our arrival point in Courmayeur, making our trip so much easier. What touched us the most was their incredible kindness when we accidentally left our children’s passports in the room. Within just five minutes, they found them and personally delivered them to bus station, something we will be grateful for our entire lives. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, with warm-hearted hosts who truly care about their guests, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed the freshly squeezed juices, delicious pastries, high-quality coffees, and much more. We highly recommend GCH for a refined and relaxing getaway.

Wonderful hotel and wonderful room! Everyone is very friendly here, and very hospitality. Also convenient for sky cable car, about 8 minutes walk. Hope to come here again.

Amazing variety, quality and service at the hotel. We really felt welcome from start to finish. The variety and quality of every breakfast item was spectacular, the staff attention and advice - even better. We loved this hotel and hope to be back in the future. Due to the the central location we decide to drive to the Dollonne and Val Veni bases, the hotel will be offering a shuttle in the future, as we were told.

El Gran Baita Hotel & Wellness está situado a solo 10 minutos a pie del centro de Courmayeur y ofrece servicio de traslado gratuito al teleférico de Dolonne. The facility was very clean. The pool and sauna were wonderful. The lounge was artfully decorated with historic pieces. The breakfast was amazing. And the evening bar service was superb.

Helpful services and perfect location. The room is big enough with very good heating system. Large balcony. We liked the restaurant and impressive vine choice. Breakfast is very good, even surprised us with literally cakes. There is open fire in the restaurant- it feels very cozy. Underground parking is very useful. Spa center is cute and cozy- with Finish sauna 80 degrees (which is rare in Italy)
