Featuring a sun terrace, a wellness centre, and a free gym, the 4-star Palazzo Bezzi Hotel is 500 metres from Ravenna centre. The modern rooms offer free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and large LED TVs. The hotel went out of their way to accommodate our two children with small slippers and little gifts, that we were not at all expecting. It made them feel welcome and was a lovely gesture. The bathroom was also equipped to handle the needs of smaller users, which was great! The breakfast was delicious and offered a lot of variety. The location was very comfortable, within walking distance of all the most important things to see in Ravenna. Finding a parking spot in the vicinity was very easy and inexpensive.

We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

Grand Hotel Terme has a garden, shared lounge, a terrace and restaurant in Riolo Terme. With a bar, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. Very good breakfast and dinner. Very clean large comfortable room and bathroom. This hotel is located in a park with many iluminated features (heart shape, half-moon, butterfly and many more) placed throughout the grounds.

Beautiful modernized stone farmhouse. The suite was huge and beautifully designed. The dinner at the on-site restaurant was delicious...one of the best of our trip. Our host was friendly and helpful. The hotel is great, has secured parking and is close to the beach. The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The staff was also very friendly. Biggest plus: we were traveling with our dog and everybody was very welcoming and there was even a goody bag waiting in the room for her. Also, the breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had.

The apartment was very clean, nice, comfortable and newly refinished. The shower and bathroom were especially nice. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.
