The spa is amazing and indulgent, the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff are warm, welcoming, helpful, and professional, and every question was answered personally and thoroughly. The superb location in the heart of the vineyards allows for wonderful walking tours. Excellent value for money, with superb wine as an added bonus. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The location is great, the relais looks amazing, Eleonora and her personnel were doing everything to make it an unforgettable stay! The facilities are great as well, the spa is such a nice addition to your stay. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is fantastic and the option to drink a homemade wine at the pool is so relaxing (love the wines as well).

We had the suit and it’s just spectacular. The view over the valley from the bath is one in a million. The sauna, steam bath and pool are well set up. The garden has enough spots to chill out. And of course the wines from Fontana Freda and Borgogno well priced and so delicious.

Everything!! From the beginning, the hospitality of the staff was like we’ve never seen before. The place is so nice and clean. The pool is beautiful and perfect for hot summer days. They helped us book all our activities and all their suggestions were amazing. We had our 9month old baby with us and they we’re always so thoughtful with him. It’s also perfectly located if you want to visit the Langhe region. I would recommend this hotel to everyone! Thank you so much for this beautiful stay.

The management and staff did everything necessary to help us out. They came to get us and got the tire fixed for us in Alba.
