The property was in a brilliant location. It exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, there was plenty of relaxing space. The aperitivo was a welcome surprise. All staff were welcoming and accommodating.

Rooms and facilities are spacious and clean. Breakfast was simple (just what you need) but of high quality. One of the tastiest simple breakfasts we had. Simple meaning without the over the top buffets styles. Relatively new so a real pleasure to be in the space. Staff are all delightful from reception to housekeeping to kitchen everyone is genuine and professional. Sauna and steam room facility was great to utilise after a long day driving and they are of high standard.

Beautiful hotel, with stunning lake views. The staff were always so friendly and were always on hand for anything we wanted. They offer a complimentary shuttle if you don't want to walk the hill to and from town. The spa area is gorgeous, even though we only used it once and the pool area is so relaxing looking over the lake. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning, they offer healthy food choices and a gluten free selection too.

Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Breakfast was great.
Booked and accessed the wellness suite,
Hot Tub/sauna. It was free and staff opened it up early for us as we were leaving that day.
Rooftop bar was nice, staff gave us a token for a free Prosecco or coffee.
Well worth staying here, clean and modern and across the road from the train station and metro.

One night passing through Milan, managed to take advantage of the wellness centre - fabulous Roman bath, sauna etc, excellent value, so relaxing! Nice room too, friendly helpful staff, pricey but only because we booked at short notice. Highly recommended hotel!

Convenient to Bergamo airport, which was the purpose of our stay. Only 20 minutes drive. We had the family suite and it was very spacious and spotless. It had a lovely hot tub in the room too, much to our daughter’s surprise! We had an early start and were able to order breakfast to the room. Fabulous restaurant across the road.

Lovely property, airing on the side of out dated. very relaxing no rushing or problems getting a space around the pool. Staff helpful. Great breakfast. Room has stocked mini fridge tea coffee making facilities. Plenty of storage and WiFi signal good.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Incredible house, wonderful hosts and the most delicious breakfast! Epic views from the property, very quiet and relaxing! The sauna and hot tub were such a luxurious touch.

Excellent location within 10 minutes from centre. Rooms were spacious and cleaned every day, and really good air con and balcony. Staff were fantastic, arranged airport transfers, extremely helpful and polite. Sauna and spa was very good and included in price (minus massage). Had everything and more and exceeded our expectations. Thank you
