Everything was perfect. The staff were really friendly and always had a fast response for whatever we needed. The hotel has a shuttle service to the city center that is awesome, very helpful. Amazing room (great balcony view, big bathroom), pool, gym and breakfast.

The staff were excellent. Danilo at reception was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. He very kindly welcomed us and gave us great recommendations.

Every staff member I interacted with was gracious, welcoming and helpful. The location is ideal - a quick hop down multiple sets of stairs will put you directly onto the main thoroughfare, but even more importantly, if you are arriving in a rental car the parking options are easy (self parking or valet).
